Dr. Dewan brings a wealth of experience and expertise in treating complex glaucoma and cataract conditions. His professional interests include minimally invasive glaucoma procedures and advanced cataract surgery techniques and implants. Known for his patient-centered care, Dr. Dewan is dedicated to improving both vision and quality of life for his patients with a compassionate and innovative approach.
Before joining OCLI Vision, Dr. Dewan completed a glaucoma fellowship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, TX. He earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. Previously, Dr. Dewan served as a glaucoma specialist and cataract surgeon in the pacific northwest, where he helped establish ophthalmic surgery at new outpatient centers and oversaw surgical glaucoma care for his department.
He remains committed to advancing the field through both clinical care and innovative surgical techniques.
